Who Can Open an Account

To register with 5gbd and place real-money bets, you must meet every one of the following conditions at the time of sign-up and throughout your membership.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh when you access the platform.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that covers 5gbd.
• Your participation does not violate any law that applies specifically to you.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using 5gbd. If we discover that an account was opened by or for someone under 18, we will close it immediately, void any winnings, and return only the net deposits after bonus deductions.

Your 5gbd Account

One account per person

Each player may hold exactly one active account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a breach of these terms. If duplicates are found, 5gbd will merge or close them, and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

Accurate registration details

Your name, date of birth, and contact details must match your official identity documents. Providing false information is grounds for immediate closure and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

Account currency

All 5gbd accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Amounts shown elsewhere on the site are for guidance only; the BDT balance on your account screen is the binding figure.

Deposits & Payment Methods

5gbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum single deposit is ৳450. Funds typically appear in your account within 6 minutes of a successful transaction.

5gbd does not charge a deposit fee, but your mobile-money provider may apply its own transaction charges. Check with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay directly before sending.

Withdrawals & Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum you can withdraw in a single calendar day is ৳240,000. Most withdrawals are processed within 43 minutes once your KYC documents have been approved.

KYC requirement

Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Submit clear photos of both sides of your chosen document. The review team typically completes checks within 12 hours.

Withdrawal to matched method

Bonus Terms & Wagering

All promotional offers issued by 5gbd — including the first-deposit bonus, reload credits, and cashback — are subject to the conditions below. Claiming a bonus means you have read and accepted these specific rules.

• The welcome bonus matches your first deposit by 210%, up to a maximum of ৳26,500.
• Bonus funds must be wagered 17 times before they can be withdrawn.
• Reload bonuses add 9% to qualifying deposits and carry the same 17× turnover requirement.
• Daily cashback is calculated at 1% of net losses in the preceding 24 hours and is credited automatically.
• Bonus validity is 7 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds expire automatically.
• Using more than one active bonus at the same time is not permitted unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

5gbd reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility if abuse is detected. "Bonus abuse" includes, but is not limited to, low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts and systematic exploitation of cashback cycles.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Every title in the 5gbd lobby — covering slots, fishing games, card games, crash titles, and live tables — runs on certified random-number generators or live dealer feeds provided by licensed studios including JILI, JDB, CQ9, Playtech, KA Gaming, and PG Soft.

If a technical fault interrupts a game round mid-spin or mid-hand, 5gbd will apply the game provider's standard recovery procedure. What You Must Not Do

The following actions are strictly forbidden on 5gbd and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal referral:

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage, rather than reporting them.

• Attempting to open a second account after your original account has been suspended.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.

Account Suspension & Closure

5gbd may temporarily freeze or permanently close an account if there is evidence of a terms breach, an ongoing fraud investigation, or a request from a regulatory authority. During a freeze, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw.

If your account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation clears you, the confirmed real-money balance (minus bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Limits on Our Liability

5gbd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible, and urgent downtime will be communicated as quickly as practicable.

Our liability to you in connection with any single incident or claim is limited to the net real-money balance on your account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, opportunity cost, or emotional distress.

Keeping Your Play Responsible
